This page describes the terms and conditions governing the use of materials of 1AS-STEP LLC, which are available in mobile applications, chatbots, applications for integration with social networks, as well as those published on the website ac-step.com. developed by 1AS-STEP Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Site", "We", "Company").
1. General terms and conditions
1.1. If you decide to use the Site and the Site's applications, including RSS, API, software and other files, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set out in these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"), including by registering your account on the Site. These Rules are a legally binding agreement between the User and the Company, the subject of which is the provision of services to the User for the use of the Website and its services.
1.2. We may at any time change the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules, and such changes shall take effect immediately upon their publication on the Website.
1.3. You are obliged to read these Rules before each use of the Website. If you continue to use the Website after the publication of the amended Rules, this means that you agree to comply with the Rules with all its amendments.
1.4. If any terms of these Rules or changes to them are unacceptable to you, you may not start using the Website or terminate your account in accordance with the procedure set forth in Section 8 of the Rules.

2.4. You may download or copy the content of the Website, other components and elements displayed on the Website for your personal use only, provided that you comply with all copyright and other notices contained therein. Copying or storing any content for other than personal use is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the Company.
2.5. It is allowed to use the information posted on the Website free of charge, provided that an open hyperlink and mention of the original source is provided not lower than the first paragraph and not more than one and a half thousand characters of the original text. The Company reserves the right to request any additional information from third parties in the process of reviewing the request, which is necessary to make a decision on issuing a written permission. The use of the Company's materials is possible only after the third party has received the relevant written permission.
3. User Content
3.1 You agree to use the Website solely for legitimate purposes and in such a way as not to violate the rights of other users, not to restrict or impede the access of others to the Website and use it.
3.2. It is not allowed to upload, distribute or publish any defamatory, offensive, obscene, pornographic or other illegal material; advertising, commercial messages, as well as messages that do not have an information load and are not related to the subject matter of the resource.
3.3 You acknowledge that any materials distributed by you (for example, content created by you, including, but not limited to: comments, forum, messages, reviews, text, video, audio and photos, as well as computer code and applications) may be removed or modified by us. You waive any rights that you may have in the event that such material is available on the Site, and the material may be changed even if you do not agree. The materials may also be included in our RSS feeds, APIs, and available for republication through other formats.
3.4. You grant to the Company a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, licence to the materials posted/submitted/distributed by you, including the transfer to the Company or any third party of the unrestricted right to use, copy, transmit, publish, distribute, create derivative works, modify and adapt the index, cache, tags encoding (including without limitation the right to adapt to streaming, transmission, mobile, digital scanning or other technologies) in any form or media now known or hereafter developed, including any articles posted by you on the Site or on a website owned by the Company.
3.5. You are solely responsible for the content of your publications. The Company cannot control every material and is not responsible for the content of these messages, We reserve the right to remove, move or edit articles that the Company, in its sole discretion, considers offensive, defamatory, obscene or inappropriate, infringing copyrights and trademarks.

4. Representations and warranties
4.1 You represent, warrant and promise (a) that the materials of any kind submitted through your account (i) will not infringe, plagiarise or violate the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademarks, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights, or (ii) contain defamatory or other unlawful material, and (b) you are at least eighteen years of age.
4.2 You hereby warrant that you will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and all officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees from and against any and all liability and expenses, including legal fees, incurred in connection with any claim arising out of any breach of these Terms, warranties and agreements by you or any user of your account. You shall reasonably co-operate in the defence of any such claim. The Company reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter claiming indemnification from you.
4.3. The Company does not warrant or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinions, statements or other information uploaded or distributed through the accounts of any users, information providers or any other person or entity. You acknowledge and understand that reliance on such opinions, advice, statements, memoranda or other information is at your sole risk. You hereby acknowledge that your use of the Website is at your own risk.
5. Registration and security
5.1. As part of the registration or account creation process, You will create login credentials by selecting a password and providing an email address. You will also be required to provide Us with certain information about yourself, which must be accurate and up to date.

9. Miscellaneous
9.1 These Rules shall be applied in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes regarding the implementation of these Rules will be resolved by the relevant court in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
9.2. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing provisions, nothing in these Rules may be used to interpret the provisions specified in the Privacy Policy.

10. Advertising and affiliate materials
10.1 Materials with the labels "advertising", "company news", "press release", "topical", "point of view", "official", "partner material" may be published on a commercial or partnership basis.
